I created this easy basic stitch sampler for my amazing TikTok viewers to stitch along with me on live streams. However, there is a YouTube video tutorial if you are unable to join my Tik Tok lives or just prefer to stitch on your own time. There is not a color chart, as this pattern is primarily for beginners who may not have many floss colors to choose from and I don’t want new stitchers to feel pressure to make any unnecessary purchases to learn a few stitches.

What you’ll need:

- Cotton fabric

- Embroidery hoop

- Scissors

- Large embroidery needle (size 1-3 recommended)

- Pattern transferring method ( there is a linked tutorial with tips)

- Embroidery floss

- Craft felt (for backing the hoop)

- Glue or double sided tape (for backing the hoop)
